The following presentations were given for Subcommittee review and discussion.
Mr. Bill Kim presented the Department of Public Health’s Unified Electronic Health Record project.
Mr. Adam Morton presented the Citywide Electronic Signature project, a joint effort of Administrative Services and the Department of Technology.
Ms. Eleanor Munger presented the District Attorney’s Paperless Environment project.
Mr. Rene Manzo presented the Public Defender’s Gideon Application project.
Mr. Jason Hemmerle presented the Office of Economic and Workforce Development’s Business License Portal project and Jobs Portal project. -
Discussion & Action: FY 2016-17 & FY 2017-18 General Fund Recommendations
There was general discussion about the recommendations. A motion to approve the proposed recommendations for FY 2016-17 in the high scenario as well as recommendations for FY 2017-18 as they were presented was passed and approved.
