On April 21, 2015, the Board of Supervisors approved the City’s third Five-Year Information & Communication Technology Plan for Fiscal Years 2016-20. The Plan identifies three strategic ICT goals: support, maintain, and secure critical City IT infrastructure; increase efficiency and effectiveness; and improve public access and transparency.
